Normally this week, we would be practicing jumping and skipping in preparation for our Jump Rope 4 Heart event on Friday. However, given the circumstances, we would like to try Jump Rope 4 Heart @Home this year!

Teachers have activities for you for Monday – Thursday to practice and prepare throughout the week and on Friday there will be a google document shared with everyone with a list of Jump Rope 4 Heart stations you can do at home with your family.

We would usually be participating in our event during the last block on the back tarmac so, if you are able, please try to do the Jump Rope stations from 2-3pm at your home. Maybe you will see/hear other Stars in the neighbourhood participating at the same time too! If you are unable to take part from 2-3pm, don’t worry, please do what you can, when you can, you will still shine no matter what!

In support of all front line workers, we are asking everyone to wear BLUE. Feel free to take a picture or video and share it with your teacher! Most importantly…have fun! Bonne chance tout le monde!
